Flying Cowgirls Meatballs in Barbeque Sauce Yield: 6 Servings
Meatballs:
- 2 pounds Flying Cowgirls ground beef
- ¾ cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Combine Meatball ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Form beef mixture into balls, and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Barbeque Sauce:
2 cups Ketchup
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Vinegar (I use Bragg's)
½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup prepared Mustard (the plain ol' yella kind)
½ cup Water
Combine in a saucepan and heat to simmer stage.
Plop the meatballs in the sauce and serve!
