Flying Cowgirls Meatballs in Barbeque Sauce
 Yield: 6 Servings


Meatballs:
  • 2 pounds Flying Cowgirls ground beef
  • ¾ cups bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Combine Meatball ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Form beef mixture into balls, and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Barbeque Sauce:
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vinegar (I use Bragg's)
  • ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup prepared Mustard (the plain ol' yella kind)
  • ½ cup Water
  • Combine in a saucepan and heat to simmer stage.
    Plop the meatballs in the sauce and serve!
