Flying Cowgirls Chili Yield: 6 Servings
- 1 lb. Flying Cowgirls Longhorn ground meat
- 1 lb. Flying Cowgirls Longhorn chili meat
- 4 tbsp. Ancho Chili powder
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. Dried Onion
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 16 oz. Beer (I use Shiner Bock)
- ¼ cup Masa Flour*
Put all of this in a crock pot. Set it on "low" and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
* ½ hour before serving, make a runny paste with ¼ cup of Masa Flour and beer. Add it to the chili to thicken.
