Flying Cowgirls Chili
 Yield: 6 Servings


  • 1 lb. Flying Cowgirls Longhorn ground meat
  • 1 lb. Flying Cowgirls Longhorn chili meat
  • 4 tbsp. Ancho Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Onion
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 16 oz. Beer (I use Shiner Bock)

  • ¼ cup Masa Flour*

Put all of this in a crock pot. Set it on "low" and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

* ½ hour before serving, make a runny paste with ¼ cup of Masa Flour and beer. Add it to the chili to thicken.
